HOW IT WORKS

The process is easy breezy! Select your perfect adventure from the exciting list of Hometown Experiences and add to your cart. Proceed to payment and enter your information. You will then receive an email containing a link to redeem and schedule your experience. Complete the information and a member of our Reservations Team will work directly with you in booking your memorable package!

INTERESTED IN A GIFT CARD?

Hometown Experiences is best appreciated by those who have a sense of adventure! Give a gift card to your family, friends, or team and let them choose their favorite package. We offer a variety of gift cards to meet your needs, with zero fees. Contact us to purchase a gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced it lost or stolen, so please protect accordingly.

IS THE PACKAGE PRICING PER PERSON?

Each experience package specifically defines the number of guests the package includes. The price per experience is the total cost for all guests included in the package. Additional guests can be added for an additional cost and subject to availability. You can always Contact Us if you have any questions prior to purchase. 

FORCE MAJEURE

Hometown Experiences is not liable for events that are postponed or cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, labor troubles/strikes, war, terrorism, riot, power outages, actions of government authorities, etc.

WHAT IF I HAVE A LARGE GROUP?

We love planning experiences for groups of all sizes! With our staff of experienced event planners, we will help you with all of the details from planning to execution.

ARE THERE BLACKOUT DATES?

Due to the number of packages we offer, we do have some blackout dates due to limited availability. Blackout dates will be defined on each individual package.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

All packages are non-refundable. If the experience is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, we will work together to reschedule at no additional charge. If you need to cancel your experience after it has been booked, you will incur a cancellation fee. If you can no longer use your package, you are permitted a one-time transfer in writing to another guest and must Contact Us directly to make the arrangements.

LOST EMAIL/ RECEIPT?

No problem! Give us a call or send us an email and we will provide the information to you again. As a side note, please check your spam or junk email folders just in case.

WHERE DO WE GO THE DAY OF THE EXPERIENCE?

Each package varies. The specific arrival time, location and logistic details will be provided by our Reservations Team. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the start of your experience to allow for timely execution.

HOW LONG IS A "FULL DAY" TOUR?

A full day tour is between 8-12 hours, depending on the package. Chauffeur service may be extended at a discounted hourly rate to each package for an additional cost.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! Keep in mind the local weather, which is often very unpredictable. Many of our packages contain portions of time spent outdoors, so we suggest layers of clothing and sunscreen during the summer.

CAN I BRING A CAMERA?

Of course! We want you to capture as many memories as possible. All standard point-and-shoot cameras and camera phones are acceptable. Professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted unless stated otherwise. Video-taping of the experience or tour is not permitted.

CAN I BRING CHILDREN?

Guests of all ages are permitted on experiences, except those that include consumption of alcoholic beverages or tastings for which participants must be 21 or older.

CAN I BRING PETS?

Due to the nature and restrictions of certain venues, pets are not permitted on most experiences. 

CAN WE DRINK ALCOHOL DURING THE TOUR OR EVENT?

All participants must be at least 21 years or older and present a valid photo ID for experiences involving alcohol tastings, but guests of all ages are welcome on tours. Each package will include specific details with regards to bringing your own food and beverage items. Venues and chauffeurs reserve the right to deny service to those who are overly intoxicated. We ask that you enjoy responsibly and in moderation. We want you to remember your experience based on the memories you make, not the hangover!

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?

Smoking regulations are based upon restrictions mandated by state and local authorities and prohibited during experiences. This includes use of e-cigarettes (vaping), cigars and cigarettes. Illegal substances of any kind are prohibited.

ARE THE EXPERIENCES HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Limitations vary by package. Please Contact Us for inquiries regarding accessibility. 

WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?

If you have a medical condition which could cause discomfort or be aggravated during the experience, or have been advised to restrict your activity because of a medical condition, please consult your physician in advance of purchase.
